Product Description: Starothane 111 is an Aromatic PU polyurethane based floor coating, roll-on top coat for interior applications. It has excellent adhesion over primed surface and excellent chemical & abrasion resistance.

Area of Uses:
• Fast curing. • Excellent abrasion resistance. • Excellent chemical resistance. • Excellent bond on epoxy undercoats. • Flexible yet very tough coat.

Application:
• Starothane 111 is used as a hard wearing top coat for areas where high abrasion resistance is needed. Highly recommended for light and heavy engineering industries. • It is recommended as maintenance coating on existing floorings. • Because of its excellent chemical resistance, it is recommended for chemical spillage areas.

Direction of use:
• Ensure that the surface to be top coated is smooth, zero levelled and free of any surface impurities. • Starothane 111 resin is pigmented. Stir it well before mixing. Mix Stanrose PU-2K Floor SC- 111)resin and Starothane 111 G hardener in 3:1 ratio by volume. Agitate the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Apply by roller / brush. Allow to cure for 3-4 hours. Apply second coat. Allow to cure. Allow trafficking after 24 hours of curing.

Packaging Available in pre-weighed kits containing resin, hardener and reactive aggregates. It has a maximum shelf life of 12 months in the unopened containers.

Storage & Shelf Life :
● The product should be stored in accordance with national regulations. It should be kept in a cool, well ventilated area, away from heat, direct sunlight, sparks and children. Handle with care. Mix resin and hardener as per the ratio. Use the mix solution within the pot life time.

Handling & Safety :
Observe reasonable care and employ ordinary hygienic principles such as washing the hands with soap and water before eating or smoking. It is recommended to wear gloves, goggles and nose masks while application. Incase of splashes on the skin, dampen the cloth with thinner and wipe the hands with the cloth. Incase of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Incase of continuous exposure to vapour, the applicator should be immediately moved to get fresh air Wash then with soap and water. Dried film is non toxic.
